Contacted Jostech with a simple question as to whether they would accept our payment terms, their response to this request was immediate. As a result we proceeded with a number of purchases, have found them to be extremely courteous and professional, in addition their after sales service has been spot on, I would not hesitate in recommending Jostech to anyone and they will continue to get our business.

Fast service and excellent communication in a timely manner, ordered a Walkera Runner 250 Sat morning and sent a query that morning as well. Jostec got back to me that afternoon and would have arrived the following Thursday except I was not home to receive it. E-Mailed the courier company for a re delivery and had it the next day. Great service, price and communication from Jostec.

AFTER LOOKING AT PROBABLY EVERY DRONE MADE I SETTLED ON THE SPLASH DRONE ,REASONS BEING I DO A LOT OF WATER ACTIVITYS AND COULD BET ON DROWNING A DRONE .AFTER EMAILING JOSTECH THEY WERE FANTASTIC IN THERE ADVICE AND PROMT SERVICE .AFTER RECIVING THE SPLASH DRONE THEY BACKED UP THE PRODUCT WITH SOME PROBLEMS SETTING IT UP,(MOSTLY MINE) IN ALL GREAT PRODUCT AND PERFECT SURVICE CHEERS AGIAN AND NOW TO MASTER THE FLYING OF IT

After bankrupting my hobby budget month after month trying to build a decent and fast 250 FPV racer, I came to the conclusion that I would be better off just buying a RTF one and a pile of spare props. I decided on a Walkera 250 runner despite their advertisement. I had previously owned a Walkera 350 (original, not the X350 Pro) which was a piece of junk compared to the Phantom 2 that replaced it, but I figured give Walkera another go. So once I sold my DIY 250 stuff I went I search for a 250 runner. Ebay was way expensive and Banggood was ok, except nil stock. I figured a local search was a long shot, but as it turned out the best off all. Jostech was $50 cheaper than Banggood and also provided Free Shipping. To my surprise the free shipping was Via courier who delivered in 3 days. A service provided by Banggood also but for another $50. All told $100 cheaper than our Asian friends and $120 cheaper than Ebay within Australia. When it arrived it was well packaged, no dents or comers crushed in. Before I had made payment I had a few questions that where promptly answered, even on a week end, unlike a certain Sydney Hobby Store. So with my savings I refoamed my Quad case (using the 250 runner foam as a template) got some decent rechargeable AA batteries for the Devo 7 and "XT60" my Zippy flight max batteries all ready to go. Just too bad it has been raining forever....
